Refund and Cancellation Policy
An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers can initiate a return request on the following circumstances:
*Incase of damaged / defective/ incorrect item.
*Return / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.
To complete your return, we require a receipt (Invoice)or proof of purchase.
Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us to 9490391111 with the order details and explaining the issue along with an image of the product.
Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.
Following the acceptance of the request, Customer must immediately courier the product to the designated address: (TO BE FILLED LATER) within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving the product (date of delivery) Any further requests for return will not be entertained after such period.
The products must be returned in it's original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag ( and the silk mark tag if applicable ) has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
Refund will be intiated within 3-4 business days to original payment. If any, shipping charges are not refundable.
Customer must mention his/her name, order number and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered.
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCT
If Customer receives a product in packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, Customer is advised not to accept such product. Customer is advised to immediately get in touch with Siri Silks at email@example.com & sms or call at +919490391111.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Customer might not be able to cancel any order placed on the Website, once it has been processed or approved by Siri Silks. In the event, Customer intends to cancel any purchase order placed on the Website at any time before the order has been approved, he/she must immediately email with Order Number in the subject line (CANCEL)at firstname.lastname@example.org to place a cancellation request. If the item has been approved, cancellation request will not be processed.
